Is it free?
Yes. Sending requests and exchanging contacts with sellers is free.
Who sees my contacts?
You decide who to exchange contacts with.
Do I have to choose a seller?
No. If the terms don’t suit you, just skip the offers, or exchange contacts and haggle with the seller you chose.
Why do prices in offers change?
While a request is open, a seller can lower the price in their offer to beat the others. So the price only changes in your favour.
Can I exchange contacts with several sellers?
Yes. You can exchange contacts with several sellers, and when you make a deal with someone, tap “Deal done” — the request will close.

BlaBlaPrice for sellers

What can I sell on BlaBlaPrice?
You can offer your prices on goods and services. Mark the categories you want requests from in “Request filters”.
Clients from which regions can I send offers to?
You get requests from all over the country. In “Request filters” you can choose the categories and regions you want requests from.
Is sending offers free?
Yes. For the buyer to see your offer, you need at least 1 point on your balance. It’s charged only when the buyer opens your contacts. Packages are in “Balance”.
What if I get spam?
Remove it via “⋯” → “Remove request” and give a reason — this helps filter out dishonest buyers.
How do I compete for a client?
In every request where you’ve sent an offer, you can see its place among the others. So you can improve yours and compete for the order.
How long can I send offers on a client’s request?
A request is active for 7 days, and the buyer can extend it. While it’s open, you can send an offer. The time left is shown at the top of the chat.
Can a buyer choose several sellers?
Yes, a buyer can exchange contacts with several sellers. A point is charged only to those whose contacts they opened.
How do I leave a review about a client?
Open the client’s card in “Contacts and reviews” and choose a rating. Reviews are the main thing buyers look at when choosing a seller.
What if a client leaves a negative review?
A review can be changed. Try to agree with the buyer and sort out any issues — that way your reputation stays good.
