Used parts for ZAZ: Sens, Tavria, Slavuta, Lanos
ZAZ is several different cars
The name ZAZ covers the Zaporozhets, the Tavria with the Slavuta, and the Sens, Lanos and Forza with the Vida. These are different bodies and designs, so parts are not interchangeable between them. The Tavria and the Sens, for example, have different suspension, and the MeMZ 1.1 and 1.3 engines need their own parts. So start with the exact model name and engine.
The ZAZ Sens and Lanos share their origin with the Daewoo Lanos, so some of the parts are similar. But check each one: bodies and trims can differ. General tips for such cars are on the Daewoo page.
Sens rear beam: what to check
The rear beam is one of the units often sought for the Sens. Ask whether it is bent, whether there are cracks in the welds and rust, whether the bushes and mounts are whole and whether the stub axles are bent. A good breaker will gladly send photos from all sides. Also ask whether the beam comes with the hubs and brakes or without them, and whether the spring brackets are there.
Compare only offers with the same contents. A beam without brakes and one with brakes cost different amounts, and the difference may be only the extra parts.
For the Tavria and the Slavuta tell the bodies apart: the hatchback, pickup and saloon have different rear doors, glass and rear lights. For MeMZ engines ask whether it is a carburettor or fuel injection, because the ancillaries and wiring differ. Old body panels often have rust, so ask for photos of the sills and wheel arches.

- Engine — for example, 1.3 MeMZ;
- Side — for parts that come in pairs;
