Business and company registration: get it done end to end at a fair price
What to agree before you start
Registering a sole proprietorship can be simple, while registering a private limited company with several founders, a foreign shareholder or unusual business activities is a different story. That is why prices vary. First decide on the form of business and the scope: just entering the business on the register, or also opening a bank account, getting a digital signature and arranging a registered office address.
On BlaBlaPrice you describe the task once, and lawyers and accounting firms reply with offers in the chat: what is included, how many days, how much. It is free for the customer.
What to include in your request
- Form of business — sole proprietorship, private limited company, LLP, non-profit, branch.
- What to do — new registration, a change of director, address or partners, closing a proprietorship, winding up.
- Founders — how many, and whether there are foreigners or companies among them.
- Taxation — whether you need tax registration, and which tax set-up suits you.
- Line of business — which activities you need to register, and whether a licence is needed.
- Extras — bank account, registered office address, digital signature, company seal, accountant.
- Deadline — for example, within two days.
- City — where you register or where you are based.
- Budget — for the whole package end to end.
Example request
“Faisalabad. I need a sole proprietorship registered for tax, the business is IT services. I also need a digital signature and help opening a bank account. I want everything done in two days, remotely. Budget up to Rs 24,000 end to end.”
How to compare offers
The difference between offers is often in what is included. Some only file the papers, others take the customer all the way to a finished result. Ask:
- what you get at the end: a registration certificate, a digital signature, a bank account that is set up;
- whether government fees and the cost of extra services are included;
- whether they will help you choose the right tax set-up and activity description;
- whether they offer accounting support after registration, and what it costs separately.
The platform shows first the offer that is best by content, with reviews of the provider next to it. Each professional sees their place among the others and can improve their terms, so the price often turns out better. Contacts are opened only to the one you choose. More on the “How it works” page.
What to watch for
Don't choose a tax set-up just on the advice of friends: it depends on your line of business, income and customers. For a company, agree who will be the director and whether a seal is needed, and check where the registered office is. And don't leave your digital signature with the provider for an indefinite period.
Once the business is running, ongoing legal support for business will be useful. Look for notarial work among notary services, and for the other areas in “Legal help”.
