Women's Boots and Ankle Boots: Chelsea, Combat, Winter
Chelsea, combat or lace-up
Chelsea boots with an elastic panel are easy to pull on and go with jeans and dresses. Lace-up combat boots with a thick sole support the ankle and cope well with wet roads in the rainy season. Heeled ankle boots look dressy, while low shoes (Oxfords, derbies) are worn with trousers and skirts between seasons. Choose not by the photo but by how often and where you will walk in them.
Season and insulation
Light all-year boots come without insulation or with a thin lining and suit temperatures when it is not properly cold. Winter boots have fur, sheepskin or a fleece lining and a thicker sole, which matters in cold regions and the hills. A membrane helps against moisture but may let less air through. For wet or icy ground, look at the tread: a smooth sole slips even in expensive footwear.
If you buy an insulated model, leave a little room in the size for a thick sock, but not too much, so your foot does not slide around.

How to find the best offer
The site works the other way round from a normal search: you create a request on BlaBlaPrice, and footwear sellers reply in the chat with which model they have, the price and the delivery date. The platform compares the replies and shows the best one first, with the seller's reviews next to each. Everyone can see where their offer stands, so they compete for your choice. Your phone number is hidden, and how it works is described briefly on a separate page.
To keep the comparison fair, check the upper and lining materials, the sole type, the heel height and the exchange terms. For leather, ask whether it is full-grain or buffed; for winter pairs, whether it is real sheepskin or faux fur. For second-hand, ask for photos of the sole, heels and the inside.
For the cold months there are also long and knee-high boots and Ugg-style boots, and for the office or a celebration, court shoes.
