Refund Policy for blablaprice.com

Effective date: 11 April 2025 (or according to the date of your Public Agreement)

This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) describes the terms under which refunds are or are not made for Services purchased through the blablaprice.com website (the “Website”), operated by EVERLOGIC LLC (the “Company”). This Policy is an integral part of the Public Agreement (offer), available at: https://blablaprice.com/site/termsofuse.

1. General provisions

Under the terms of the Public Agreement, the Company follows a policy of no refunds. This means that Points purchased on the service and/or money paid for the Services are not refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cases covered by the no-refund policy

The no-refund policy applies, in particular but not limited to, in the following cases:

Deletion of the Account (by either the User or the Company).

The Company ceasing to provide the Services.

The User changing their mind about using the Services.

Accidental or mistaken purchases.

The User not using purchased Points.

Blocking of the User’s Account for violating the Public Agreement, the Rules for posting requests and offers, or applicable law.

Termination of the Agreement by the User (under clause 7.2 of the Public Agreement).

Termination of the Agreement by the Company due to a violation by the User (under clause 7.1 of the Public Agreement).

3. Exceptional cases

The Company may, at its own discretion and without any obligation, consider refunding money or Points in exceptional cases. However, such a decision:

Is made solely by the Company.

Does not set a precedent for future requests.

Does not oblige the Company to make refunds in similar or any other situations in the future.

4. Contact exchange procedure and charging of Points

As stated in the Public Agreement (clauses 3.5, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9), Points for contact exchanges or other paid actions on the Website are charged automatically and are non-refundable once the User starts the relevant action. A seller publishing an offer and/or any action that starts a contact exchange is considered confirmation of their consent to pay the fee, regardless of whether a deal is later made or the Users actually interact.

5. Agreement with the Policy

By using the Services of the blablaprice.com Website and paying for them, including buying Points, the User confirms that they have read, understood and fully agree with the terms of this Refund Policy and the relevant provisions of the Public Agreement.

6. Changes to the Policy

The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Refund Policy. Such changes take effect when they are published on the Website. Users must keep track of such changes themselves. Continuing to use the Services after changes are made means the User fully and unconditionally accepts the updated Policy.
