Order texts: SEO articles, product descriptions, landing pages
Which texts you really need
Copywriting covers different genres with different approaches. An SEO text for an online store's category is written around search queries and the structure of the page. A product description has to sell and not repeat other people's wording. A blog article needs a grasp of the topic, and a landing page text needs the skill of leading a person to an enquiry. Email newsletters, social media posts and video scripts are separate again.
The more precisely you name the genre, the better a provider can estimate the work and pick an author with experience in exactly that.
What to put in your request
- type of texts — SEO texts, product descriptions, a landing page, articles, newsletters, posts, scripts;
- volume — the number of texts and the length in words or characters;
- language — English or several languages;
- topic — the niche and the product; for complex subjects (medicine, law, technology) this matters even more;
- SEO requirements — keywords, originality, a brief;
- deadline — by what date;
- one-off or regular — for example, 10 articles a month;
- payment — price per word or a total budget.
Example: “I need 20 SEO texts for the categories of an online bathroom fittings store, 400 words each, in English. I have a brief and keywords, originality of 90% or more. To be delivered within a week. Budget: a low fixed rate per word.”
What the price depends on
- Difficulty of the topic: a text about everyday items is written faster than an expert article that needs research.
- Whether there is a brief: if the structure and keywords are written out, there will be fewer revisions.
- Language, and whether translation or adaptation is needed.
- Deadline: an urgent volume usually costs more.
- Regularity: a steady client can negotiate better terms.
How to judge the author and compare offers
Ask for a sample of a similar text or a small test task. Notice whether the author asks clarifying questions: it shows they think about the result and not only the word count.
Ask how many revisions are included, whether an originality check is counted and whether editing is part of it. Also find out whether the author uses AI tools, and agree this openly: if you need a purely human-written text, say so from the start. Don't compare a per-word price with a price per “article”; count by a single unit.
A common mistake is not to give the author information on the product, the audience and the tone. Without it, texts come out generic. Add a link to your site or an example of a style you like.
How it works on BlaBlaPrice
You don't have to screen authors on freelance sites: describe your request and copywriters offer their price and timelines. The request is checked before it is shown, and you see hints about what is missing. Reviews are visible beside the offers, and providers see their place among the others. Only the author you choose gets your contacts. More on how it works.

Questions and answers
How is the price per word counted?
Ask in the chat how the provider counts, for example words or characters with spaces. The total cost is the rate multiplied by the length of the text.
What is a brief for a copywriter?
It is a document with the requirements for the text: topic, structure, keywords, length and style. With a brief the author knows what to write, and you get fewer revisions.
Can I order texts in two languages?
Yes, state the languages in the request. Some authors write in both, others will answer for one language only.
Are revisions included in the price?
Usually a few revisions against the brief are included, but it is better to confirm before work starts.
