A housekeeper is not a cleaner

Points that are best agreed at once
The area and number of floors of the home change the amount of work a lot. State separately whether you have a vacuum cleaner, an iron and cleaning products, or whether they must be bought. Agree what is part of an ordinary day and what, for example window cleaning, is done separately.
Since the person will be in your home, pay attention to references and reviews, and spend the first days together. This is normal practice, not mistrust.
