- Services — all services provided through the Website, including but not limited to registration, access to the personal dashboard, posting requests and offers, the ability to exchange contact information between Users, and other features of the service.
- Account — a personalised section of the Website that the User gets access to after registration and that allows the User to use the Services.
- Content — any information posted on the Website by the Company or Users, including texts, images, videos, audio, requests, offers, contact details, etc.

Points are not electronic money, a means of payment or any form of currency, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
2. Subject of the Agreement
- 2.1. The Company grants the User the right to use the blablaprice.com Website and the Services on the terms set out in this Agreement. The Company acts solely as an information intermediary, providing a platform for Users to interact, and is not a party to deals that Users may make as a result of using the Website.
- 2.2. USE OF THE SERVICE, REGISTRATION ON THE WEBSITE OR ANY OTHER ACTIONS AIMED AT USING THE WEBSITE’S FEATURES, MEANS THE USER’S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT (ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER) AND ALL ITS ANNEXES, INCLUDING THE PRIVACY POLICY AND THE RULES FOR POSTING ADS. IF THE USER DOES NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT, THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO USE THE WEBSITE.
3. Provision of services and payment
- 3.1. Registration:
- The User must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it that way throughout the entire period of using the Service.
- The User is fully responsible for keeping access to the Google account they log in with confidential, and for all actions taken under their Account.
- The User agrees to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorised use of their Account or any other security breach.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse registration, or to suspend or delete a User’s Account at its discretion, in particular if the information provided is false or incomplete, or if the User violates the terms of this Agreement.
- 3.2. Login: access to the personal dashboard is via a Google account; passwords are not used on the Website.
- 3.3. Payment: The User agrees to pay for services according to the established rates, published on the Website. The Company may change the rates unilaterally after notifying Users in advance by publishing the changes on the Website or sending a notice to the User’s email address. Continuing to use the Services after the rates change means the User agrees to the new rates.
- 3.4. Topping up the account: Before sending a reply (if this is provided for in the Seller’s features) the seller must top up their account with Points, from which the fee will be charged. By buying Points on the service, the seller automatically agrees to the terms of the service.

- Accidental purchases;
- The User not using Points;
- Blocking of the User’s Account for violating the terms of the Agreement.
- The Company may, at its own discretion and without any obligation, consider refunding money or Points in exceptional cases; however, such a decision does not set a precedent for future requests.
- Points purchased on the service and/or money paid for the Services, are not refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- 3.7. Exchange procedure: After the seller posts an offer, the buyer responds by providing their contact information. The system automatically records the contact exchange and starts charging the corresponding fee (in Points) to the seller’s account.
- 3.8. Confirmation: The seller publishing an offer and/or any action that starts a contact exchange, is considered confirmation of their consent to pay the contact exchange fee, regardless of whether a deal is later made or actual interaction between Users.
- 3.9. Payment: The contact exchange fee is paid automatically by charging Points to the Seller’s account through the Website’s integrated system, with no possibility of cancelling the transaction after the buyer has provided contact information or another chargeable action.
- 3.10. Paid Services for business entities: the Company provides Points and other paid Services to business entities — legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (or their equivalents under the laws of the User’s country) — for use in their business activities. Before paying, the User confirms, by ticking the corresponding box, that they are making the purchase as a business entity and may optionally provide their tax (registration) number. The User is responsible for the accuracy of this confirmation and of the data provided and pays on their own any taxes arising for them in connection with the purchase of the Services, including VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism where the laws of their country provide for it. Free use of the Service (posting requests, browsing, replying to requests) is available to all Users.
