How to find a waiter or waitress for a restaurant or cafe quickly
A 60-seat floor or banquets
Working in an evening restaurant, in a cafe with lunches and at banquets and weddings are three different experiences. In a banquet service, a waiter sometimes works only at events and needs a flexible schedule, while a restaurant needs steady shifts. Before you create a request, decide which format your place needs.
Also describe how busy the place is: number of seats, average guests per shift. A newcomer and an experienced waiter react differently to a full house.

Example request
“A restaurant in , needs a waiter. 60-seat floor, 2-on-2-off from 11:00 to 23:00, ₱530 per shift plus tips, formal contract. Six months of experience preferred, spoken English. Uniform and menu training provided.”
What to check before the start
You see a waiter in how they deal with people. At the interview, notice how the candidate smiles and listens, and whether they can describe a dish briefly and politely. Ask what they do if a guest complains about the wait or a mistake in the order.
Explain at once how tips are shared: into a common pool or individually. It is a frequent cause of conflict. Also clarify whether the person needs a medical fitness certificate and how training works: the first shifts on training are often paid differently.
For evening shifts, say when the floor closes and whether the waiter will help with setting and clearing tables.
How the search works on BlaBlaPrice
There is no need to post ads on ten sites and answer calls. You describe the job once, it is checked for ads and stray contacts, and interested people reply in the chat. Only the one you choose gets your phone number. A request stays active for 7 days and can be extended. How it works is on the How it works page.
