Men's T-shirts and vests: single pieces, bulk and with printing
One T-shirt or a batch
Buying one T-shirt for yourself and ordering 20 with a logo for a team are quite different tasks. For a batch, the fabric, its weight and the way the print is applied decide things. So at the start, answer three questions: how many pieces, whether you need a print, and by what date.
Fabric weight is measured in g/m². Light summer T-shirts have a lower weight, everyday ones a medium weight, and for work uniforms and merch people often take heavier cotton that keeps its shape after washing. Polo shirts are made from piqué, which is sturdier than ordinary jersey.
What to put in your request
- style: T-shirt, polo, vest, long sleeve, oversize;
- quantity and the split by sizes, if it is a batch;
- printing: no print, a ready-made print or a logo; the technique: DTF, screen printing or embroidery;
- size: letter or number;
- material: cotton, piqué, quick-drying polyester, weight in g/m²;
- brand, if you need a particular one;
- colour and condition: new or second-hand;
- delivery city and budget per piece.
Example: “I need 20 white men's cotton T-shirts, about 180 g/m², sizes M, L, XL, with the company logo on the chest in two colours. I will send the artwork. Delivery to Karachi by courier, needed within two weeks. Budget up to Rs 970 per piece.”
How to search through BlaBlaPrice
You create a request once, and replies come from clothing shops, manufacturers and print studios. They write in the chat what they offer, the price per piece and from which batch size it applies, how long production takes, and whether delivery is included. Sellers can see their place among the offers and may improve their terms, so the price often comes out better. Your phone number stays hidden until you choose a seller.
What to pay attention to in offers
- Fabric and weight: identical “white T-shirts” can be made from different fabric, so compare in g/m² and by the percentage of cotton.
- Printing method: screen printing is cheaper for large runs, while DTF and embroidery suit small batches and more complex artwork.
- Whether the price includes the print, the artwork preparation and a sample.
- Washing: whether the print cracks, and whether the T-shirt twists at the seam.
- The minimum batch and the separate price for non-standard sizes.
Common mistakes
Approving a batch without a sample. Not giving the size split and getting all the T-shirts in one size. Ordering at the last moment, when print studios are busy. Comparing only the price per piece without checking whether the print is included.
Along with the logo T-shirt you can add hoodies or jumpers, and for teams, sportswear. Shorts will round off the outfit. Read more about the service on the “How it works” page.
