This Refund Policy ("Policy") describes the terms under which refunds are or are not provided for Services purchased through the website blablaprice.com ("Website"), operated by EVERLOGIC LLC ("Company"). 1. General Provisions

In accordance with the terms of the Public Agreement, the Company adheres to a policy of no refunds. This means that Points purchased on the service, and/or funds paid for Services, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cases Covered by the No Refund Policy

The no refund policy applies, but is not limited to, the following cases:

Deletion of the Account (by either the User or the Company).

Termination of Services by the Company.

Change of decision by the User regarding the use of Services.

Accidental or erroneous purchases.

Non-use of purchased Points by the User.

Blocking of the User's Account due to violation of the terms of the Public Agreement, Ad Posting Rules, or current legislation.

Termination of the Agreement by the User (as per clause 7.2 of the Public Agreement).

Termination of the Agreement by the Company due to User violation (as per clause 7.1 of the Public Agreement).

3. Exceptional Cases

The Company may, at its sole discretion and without any obligation on its part, consider the possibility of refunding funds or Points in exceptional cases. However, such a decision:

Is made exclusively by the Company.

Does not create a precedent for future requests.

Does not constitute an obligation for the Company to issue refunds in similar or any other situations in the future.

4. Procedure for Exchange of Contact Information and Debiting of Points

As stated in the Public Agreement (clauses 3.5, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9), the debiting of Points for the exchange of contact information or other paid actions provided on the Website occurs automatically and is irreversible after the User initiates the corresponding action. The publication of an offer by the seller and/or any action that leads to the initiation of contact exchange is considered confirmation of their agreement to pay the commission, regardless of the subsequent conclusion of an agreement or actual interaction between Users.

5. Agreement with the Policy

By using the Services of the blablaprice.com Website and making payments for them, including the purchase of Points, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to the terms of this Refund Policy and the relevant provisions of the Public Agreement.

6. Changes to the Policy

The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Refund Policy. Such changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the Website. Users are obliged to independently monitor such changes. Continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes the User's full and unconditional consent to the updated Policy.
