Chevrolet parts from breakers: Aveo, Cruze, Captiva and more
Different Chevrolets, different parts
Very different cars run under the Chevrolet badge: Aveo, Cruze, Captiva, Spark, Beat and others. Some models were sold elsewhere under other names, for example the Aveo T250 is related to the Daewoo Kalos. So do not rely on a “similar” part: write the model together with the body, for example Aveo T250 or Aveo T300.
Engine and gearbox change everything
One model got different motors, for example 1.2, 1.4 or 1.5 for the Aveo. The engine decides the hoses, radiators, unit mountings, even a bumper with its own fixing. So in your request give the engine size and fuel type.
What to put in your request
- Car model — with the body, for example Chevrolet Aveo T250;
- Which part — for example the front bumper;
- Year;
- Engine — for example 1.5 petrol;
- Side — front right and so on;
- Colour — silver or another;
- Condition of the part — no dents or cracks;
- VIN, for example KL1SF69YE9B123456;
- Delivery city and budget.
Example: “I need a front bumper for a Chevrolet Aveo T250, 2010, 1.5 petrol, silver, with no cracks and intact mountings. VIN KL1SF69YE9B123456. Courier delivery to Abu Dhabi, budget up to AED 260.”
How not to overpay
For popular models there are many breakers, and prices can differ a lot. A bumper in your colour saves the cost of painting, but if the colour is not available, a cheaper part to be painted may work out better. Compare completeness: whether the mountings, mouldings, fog lamps and sensors are included.
For used running gear and engines, ask about the donor's mileage and whether there is a warranty for testing. For body parts, ask for photos from all sides so you can see signs of repair.
For the Cruze and Captiva people often look for engines, gearboxes and running gear. Ask about the gearbox type (manual or automatic) and the drive. For the Captiva also ask about the number of seats and the all-wheel-drive version, because the rear running gear differs.
How BlaBlaPrice helps
One request on BlaBlaPrice is enough: breakers answer in the chat and write what they have, for how much and how they will deliver. The platform shows the best-value offer first, and sellers' reviews are visible next to it. Sellers can see where they stand and improve their terms. Your phone number does not reach everyone, only the seller you choose. How it works is described briefly on the How it works page.
For related cars from Korea, look at Daewoo. All makes are collected in Car breakers (used parts).
