Tax returns and filing: who can help you file on time
Who needs help with filings, and why
Returns are filed by sole proprietors, companies, tax-registered businesses, employers, and also individuals who earned extra income, sold property or received money from abroad. They are easy to file wrongly: the wrong form, the wrong code, not all income shown. That is why many people trust specialists with it, especially for an annual return or for periods long overdue.
A note on limits: this is general advice. Specific tax questions are best checked with an accountant or tax consultant, because the rules change.
How it works on BlaBlaPrice
You write one request: who is filing, which return, for which period and how you want to work. Accountants reply in the chat with offers: a price or what it depends on, timelines, format. They see how their offer looks among the others and often improve terms. Reviews are visible next to each, and your phone number stays hidden until you choose a provider.
What to put in your request
- Who is filing — an individual, a sole proprietor, a company, a tax-registered business.
- Which return — annual income tax return, sales tax, property sale.
- Period — quarter, year, overdue periods; for example, for the last financial year.
- Income and activity — type and amount of income, currency, employees.
- One-off or regular — a single return or ongoing filings.
- Format — online through the tax portal or a meeting.
- Deadline and budget — by which date and the amount, if you want to name one.
Example: “Sole proprietor, not registered for tax, part of my income is in foreign currency. I need a one-time filing of my annual income tax return for the last financial year, online through the tax portal. It has to be filed before the due date, budget up to ₱1,100.”
What to compare in the replies
Ask what exactly is included: calculating the tax, filling in the forms, filing through the portal, confirmation of acceptance, a consultation. Also find out whether the price depends on the number of returns, sources of income or foreign currency receipts. For overdue periods the procedure and cost may be different, so the provider has to assess them separately.
If the volume is large, ask for a clear list of the documents needed and the date by which the provider needs the materials. The earlier you give them, the lower the risk of being late.
Common mistakes
- Waiting for the last day: the tax portals are overloaded then.
- Not having bank statements and proof of income at hand.
- Not taking the acknowledgement that the return was accepted.
- Not accounting for foreign currency receipts or income from other sources.
