BlaBlaPrice for AI assistants (MCP)

BlaBlaPrice has an MCP server (Model Context Protocol). Connect it to your AI assistant once, and the assistant can use BlaBlaPrice for you: it posts what you need, waits for the sellers' offers, compares them and tells you which one is better. Nothing is accepted without your yes.

Server address (connector URL)

https://blablaprice.com/api/mcp

What your assistant can do for a buyer

  • Post a request in plain words: what you need, the budget, the city, the deadline. The category is picked automatically.
  • Get the offers and compare them: they are ranked by how good a deal each one is for you (what exactly, the price, the terms), with the seller's reviews next to them.
  • Open the chosen seller's contacts: the assistant first shows you a summary and accepts only after your clear yes (if your account allows accepting through an assistant).
  • Extend or close a request, list your deals with the sellers' contacts.

What it can do for a seller

  • See the new requests of your categories and regions that you have not answered yet.
  • Answer them: send an offer with the price, terms and photos; change it or take it back while the buyer has not chosen.
  • Ask the buyer what decides the price, follow your offers' place and get the buyer's contacts when your offer is accepted.

How to connect

Claude (web, desktop and mobile apps)

Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name: BlaBlaPrice, URL: https://blablaprice.com/api/mcp. Claude opens BlaBlaPrice: sign in and press «Allow». No key is needed.

ChatGPT

Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings: turn on developer mode, then create a connector with the MCP server URL https://blablaprice.com/api/mcp and OAuth sign-in. Sign in to BlaBlaPrice and allow access. Developer mode is available on some ChatGPT plans, and the menu names may change.

Cursor

Settings → MCP → Add new MCP server, or add this to ~/.cursor/mcp.json. Cursor opens the BlaBlaPrice sign-in on first use.

Claude Code

In the terminal; then run /mcp in Claude Code and sign in to BlaBlaPrice.

claude mcp add --transport http blablaprice https://blablaprice.com/api/mcp

n8n

MCP Client Tool node: Endpoint https://blablaprice.com/api/mcp, transport HTTP Streamable, Authentication: Header Auth with Authorization = Bearer YOUR_KEY.

Apps without sign-in (n8n, your own scripts) use a key: your account → «My AI agent». The key belongs to your account and country; keep it secret.

Prompts to try

Find me an 8 kg washing machine in Singapore on BlaBlaPrice, budget up to S$470. Post the request and tell me when offers come.
What offers came to my BlaBlaPrice requests? Compare them by price, terms and reviews and tell me which is best and why.
Accept the best offer on my request, but show me the summary first.
Every morning check the new BlaBlaPrice requests of my categories and draft offers from my price list; send them only after I approve.
Which of my offers were outbid? Suggest what to change.

Safe by design

  • Accepting an offer is a real deal (the contacts are exchanged), so the assistant has to show you a summary and wait for your clear yes. You can turn off accepting through assistants in your account.
  • Sellers' texts are information for your assistant, never instructions to it.
  • Up to 60 calls a minute per key. You see and revoke the connected apps in your account → «My AI agent».
  • Free for buyers. Sellers send offers for free and pay a monthly plan by the number of contacts: prices.
