Men's sportswear: tracksuits, hoodies, running and gym kit
Which sport is the clothing for?
“Sportswear” means both an everyday tracksuit for walks and functional kit for running, the gym or cycling. The materials differ. For training you need moisture-wicking polyester, and for cool weather, a fleece-lined tracksuit. A cotton tracksuit is comfortable every day, but do not take it for intense running: it gets soaked and dries slowly.
Compression wear fits tightly and needs an exact size. Cycling kit has a padded insert in the shorts and long rear pockets on the jersey.
What to put in your request
- what exactly: tracksuit, track pants, hoodie, zip jacket, compression wear, cycling kit;
- sport: running, gym, cycling, football or everyday;
- brand, if you have chosen one;
- size: letter or number, and if needed your height and chest;
- material: cotton, fleece, quick-drying polyester, compression fabric;
- original or alternative: which one suits you;
- condition: new or second-hand;
- colour, delivery city and budget, if you want to state it.
Example: “I need a new men's Adidas tracksuit, original, black, fleece-lined for running in cool weather. Size L, height 180 cm. Delivery to Delhi by courier. Budget up to ₹5,000.”
Original or replica
The price gap between an original and a copy can be big, so decide in advance what you want and say so honestly in your request. Sellers of originals will take it into account. For an original, ask about the tag, QR code, article number and where it was bought. For an alternative, check what is actually good in it: the fabric, the cut or only the design.
How BlaBlaPrice works
You create a request in your own words. Sports clothing shops and private sellers reply in the chat: availability, price, fabric, photos and delivery. Each can see where their offer stands, so they often improve their terms. The platform shows the best-value offer first, with reviews next to it. Contacts stay hidden until you choose a seller.
What to compare and what to avoid
- Fabric composition and weight: whether there is elastane for free movement, and mesh panels for ventilation.
- Seams and fittings: flat seams do not chafe, and zips should be strong.
- Reflective details for running in the dark.
- The brand's size chart: Nike, Adidas and Puma fit differently, so look at the measurements.
- Exchange terms in case the size does not fit.
Do not buy a winter tracksuit one size up without need: the extra bulk gets in the way of running. For everyday wear, look at sweatshirts and jumpers and shorts. And read how it all works on the “How it works” page.
